What Angel Teams Do
Show up on release day
Meet them at the gate. Give them a ride. Be there for the first 72 hours when everything hangs in the balance.
Walk alongside for the first year
Weekly check-ins. Help with housing, jobs, ID. Be the voice that says “you have got this” when doubt creeps in.
Believe in them when no one else does
Celebrate small wins. Answer the 2am call. Remind them they are not defined by their worst day.
You do not need to be a social worker. We will give you the training and support you need—you bring the commitment to show up.
